Franne McNeal is also the Significant Business Results Coach and a “FranneTastic” serial entrepreneur, keynote speaker, author, radio and TV host. She has helped her clients generate nearly $1 Billion in total revenue. She brings her extensive corporate experience in financial services, manufacturing, sales and training as well as over 300 LinkedIn recommendations from clients, students and workshop attendees. She is often hired as a executive coach, strategic consultant and/or speaker.

Franne McNeal is a 2015 Minority Business Leader Award winner, a 2014 Main Line Power Woman, and a 2014 Small Business Influencer (expert category). Franne authored “Significant! From Frustrated to FranneTastic; Inspirational Stories for the Entrepreneurial Woman”, which is now available in French and Spanish. Franne is also the host of Significant Business Results Radio and SignificantTV, which interview entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Franne McNeal is Adjunct Faculty with City University of New York (Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Initiative and the Tow-Knight Center for Entrepreneurial Journalism); Adjunct Faculty with State University of New York (Kauffman Foundation FastTrac); and Adjunct Faculty with Community College of Philadelphia.

As a breast cancer survivor and stroke survivor, Franne McNeal provides motivational keynotes to entrepreneurs who feel “infected with frustration” and “paralyzed by fear”, so they “focus their energy for action and achieve significant business results”.┬áBusiness leaders and professional organizations often select Franne as a facilitator for strategic retreats and customized coaching sessions related to product launches and key organizational change initiatives.

Franne McNeal earned a BA from Princeton University, and a MBA from Eastern University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration at Temple University.

Franne is an avid walker and gardener. She loves people-watching and dreaming up future sitcoms. While Franne has taken a few salsa dancing lessons, she has been known to promise herself she’ll be more adventurous (try bicycling, zip-lining and more beach vacations), and can occasionally be seen catching a zen-like 5-minute power nap to refresh her spirits and recharge her batteries!
